Ask your server about our daily
specials. Typically we have at least two dinner specials that change daily.
We feature the fresh fish that is available in the market - where you
can also buy it retail to take home and cook yourself. We do our best
to accommodate special orders, whether to go or eat in. Baked bread in
our own kitchen is available in the market as well as in the restaurant's

| Dinner Entrées include fresh bread, a side order, and a house salad or cup of soup. To maintain freshness, limited quantities are kept on hand. At times, we may run out of an item. We also have a Children's Menu. A child's portion of any dinner entrée can be served for half the price of the entrée plus $1.00. |

| Fresh Fish: Usually several
varieties available. Ask your server -- prices vary.
Most fish & seafood can be served in a variety of ways. The chef may
recommend a certain style with the particular fish or seafood available
today. If not, you can order your fish: grilled, pan-sautéed, pan-fried,
Cajun-fried, blackened, or marinated. *Not every fish can be cooked all
of these ways. If your preferred style of cooking fish or seafood is not
listed, please ask your waitperson if it is possible to have it cooked
your way. We can usually accommodate special requests, if you are willing
to have it take a little more time.
Grilled -- over an open flame - finished off with dill butter, i.e., grilled salmon w/dill butter (We will not be responsible for the state of thin fillets or flaky fish done this way!) Pan-Sautéed -- Lightly floured and sautéed in olive oil and garlic - recommended for thin fillets like sole or trout or for flaky, rich fish like sea bass Pan-Fried -- similar to pan sautéed, but lightly breaded and crispier Cajun-Fried -- pan fried with Cajun spices in the breading mix Blackened -- lightly seasoned with our own mix of Cajun spices, cooked on a very hot griddle Marinated -- in a teriyaki type marinade, followed by pan-sautéing - especially good for "meatier" fish like mahi and opah However you like it -- If your preferred style of cooking fish or seafood is not on this list, please ask your wait person if it is possible to have it cooked your way - we can usually accommodate special requests |

Note: A child aged 12 and under may also choose a "kid's" portion of anything on the regular menu for $1.00 plus half the price of the regular menu item. *On occasion, a special may not lend itself to a smailer portion size, Sorry, we cannot cut down our "small" chicken dishes.
Suggestions for Italian sodas: We usually have many fruit and berry flavors available: apricot, blackberry, blueberry, boysenberry, cranberry, cherry, kiwi, lime, mango, mandarin orange, passion fruit, peach, raspberry, strawberry. Since the fruit flavors tend to curdle milk or cream, we suggest the following for French cream sodas or flavored, steamed milk: almond, caramel, chocolate mint, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, hazelnut, Irish cream, macadamia nut, vanilla. |
