Meditation is a tool that helps us find the divine the seed
that we are and nourish it so that that beautiful light that
we each carry, and our awareness, understanding, and knowledge
of our own truth can grow. Through meditation workshops I
facilitate this journey. One-on-one meditation sessions are
also available.

Spirit Seekers meets the first Thursday of every month
at my home in Iowa City, IA, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. We spend
time meditating and exploring topics pertinent to our spiritual

The sessions are not planned ahead of time. We have found
that if I allow Spirit to bring the meditations and topics
to me as we gather, we experience much more powerful learning
than we did when I used a book and a pre-planned outline!
The group is open to newcomers at any time. There is not
a solid commitment to be there every time—although
it helps the openness of the group when we can be consistent.
We have good discussions and powerful meditations.
Free will donations are gratefully accepted. Suggested
contribution is $5.00 but the gift of your presence is
appreciated whether this fits your budget or not. The contribution
honors the fact that I cannot see clients while offering
group meditations.

Healing Circle meets quarterly, offering the opportunity
to share healing energy with other loving souls. There are
many ways to accomplish this sharing so the way we share
will depend on how many people come.
It is not necessary to have any healing training, only a
desire to experience and offer the healing energy of love.
Free will donations are gratefully accepted. Suggested contribution
is $5.00. The gift of your presence is appreciated whether
this fits your budget or not. The contribution covers the cost
of rent (these events are held in a larger space than I otherwise
have available) and honors the fact that I cannot see clients
while offering group healing circles. |
Inner Journeys is a multi-week guided meditation workshop
in which we will learn to raise our spiritual vibration and
take journeys inward to learn of our spiritual strength and
wisdom. Through the use of guided imagery we tap into the
strengths and wisdom that we already possess but we are sometimes
unaware of.
The cost varies according to the
number of weeks we meet, averaging $20 per session. Each
week builds on the experiences of the week before so attendance
at all sessions is important. Being
aware that life is not always predictable, make-up sessions
are offered at $20.00 each.

| Using stillness as a tool for connecting
with the divine within helps us to access our own inner power
and strength. This is a non-sectarian retreat, acknowledging
that finding stillness is a tool for inner peace and growth.
Offered in one day we include three sections covering learning
to access stillness through meditation and contemplation
including a section on intuition, through art, and through
sound.
Facilitators with experience in all of these areas
participate in offering this retreat. The day includes
a wonderful catered lunch, and art supplies. Cost $150. Dates

In addition to the
above workshops and retreats, I offer opportunities to work
individually with meditation and mentoring.
Meditation is a key, for many people to
finding peace and to connecting with their Source, God, Spirit
or All That is. I offer one-on-one meditation sessions
that are intuitively guided. When we sit together in
meditation, our essence, or higher selves can connect. Through
that connection I am able to lead you to what you need to
experience in the moments of meditation. Clients have
found this to be very powerful and helpful in many ways. The
cost for one-on-one sessions is the same as for a Reiki session. $60
per session. |
Mentoring—a time for one-on-one discussions of the questions
and spiritual journey life presents to each of us. These sessions
are a wonderful opportunity to work with a deeply spiritual, but non-sectarian
seeker/teacher. I will share my experiences with you and help you uncover
your own journey. I wholeheartedly agree with Eichart Tolle when
he says, “A true spiritual teacher does not have anything to teach
in the conventional sense of the word, does not have anything to give
or add to you, such as new information, beliefs, or rules of conduct. The
only function of such a teacher is to help you remove that which separates
you from the truth of who you already are and what you already know in
the depth of your being. The spiritual teacher is there to uncover
and reveal to you that dimension of inner depth that is also peace.” (Stillness

Holding a strong belief that life is a journey
through the many lessons that helps to bring us to oneness with the
whole, I encourage people to look deeply at their lives and their journeys.
Sometimes it helps to have someone to talk to about the challenges
and who can listen without judgment and give suggestions without attachment
to outcome. The
cost for mentoring is the same as a Reiki session: $60/session.

the needs of those who wish to participate. If
you are able to pay the full price of any workshop or
retreat I hope you will honor the time and energy put
